Directions

Chatfield State Park is located in the southwest Denver metro area, approximately 15 miles from downtown Denver.

From the West:
take I-70 east, take C-470 east
take Sante Fe/Highway 85 exit, turn right (south)
continue from directions below on Santa Fe/Highway 85

From the East:
take I-70 west, take I-225 south, take I-25 south, take C-470 west
take Sante Fe/Highway 85 exit, turn right (south)
continue from directions below on Santa Fe/Highway 85

From the North:
take I-25 south, take C-470 west
take Sante Fe/Highway 85 exit, turn right (south)

continue from directions below on Santa Fe/Highway 85

From the South:
take I-25 north, take C-470 west
take Sante Fe/Highway 85 exit, turn right (south)
continue from directions below on Santa Fe/Highway 85

After on Santa Fe/Highway 85, :
Follow several miles and take Titan Parkway
Go west on Titan to Roxborough Park Road
Take a right on Roxborough Park Road, which leads directly to the south park entrance

Once in Chatfield State Park, proceed to the south entrance Guard Station.  After the Guard Station, follow the road for approx 1/4 mile.  Turn left at entrance of flying field.

Fee for daily park pass is $10/day. Overnight camping available only in park campgrounds.  Overnight pass required.   No tent camping or RV camping at the flying field.

Due to popularity of Chatfield State Park, campgrounds are usually full during summer months.  It is HIGHLY recommended that you make your campground reservations as early as possible!
